About the Founders
Director - Nathan Martyn
Nathan Martyn (BSc Hons), an Australian software developer, is co-founder of
Eterna Link Enterprises Pty. Ltd.. Prior to Eterna Link, Nathan worked with
John Moetteli and another Australian software developer on the Missiontrek project
as well as other projects. When Nathan’s compatriot died suddenly while
performing an initial evaluation of the feasibility of the Heaven’s Mail concept
for John Moetteli, the merit of the concept was driven home. Since then, Nathan’s
been actively working with John Moetteli and others to help realize John’s vision
of creating the Internet's premier legacy communications site.
Nathan has been President of the Eaglehawk Lions Club (Bendigo, Australia) for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010, also serving as club secretary 2010-2011.
The motto of Lions is "We Serve". The Lions Club of Eaglehawk achieves this through supporting a range of projects in the community.
His time and contributions to the club are testimony to Nathan's manner and goodwill.
Co-Founder - John Moetteli
John Moetteli, a member of the Board of Advisors, is the creator of the Heaven's Mail concept, and founder of Da Vinci Partners LLC, an international intellectual property firm ( www.moetteli.com).
An inventor featured on the Discovery Channel and a US patent attorney-at-law, he is licensed before the US Patent Office and admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the District of Columbia Bar (Washington DC).
He's also a Texas registered Professional Engineer, currently on inactive status.
Fully supported by his wife, Novella, when John's father's health began failing , his mind went to work on how his father could be remembered.
Drawing upon his experience with Missiontrek Ltd. Company, an online collaboration software developer, and his relationship with God which began, in a very conscious way, at the age of 6 after a Billy Graham crusade (as well as, his involvement with his home Bible Church sheparded by Dallas Theological Seminar professors, his active service in College ministries, his Catholic education, and marriage to a Swiss Catholic), he has been able to broadly consider the Body of Christ and how he can contribute by providing a vehicle of hope. The Eternal Portal ® is his chosen ministry.
As part of this ministry, John does his best to review site contents and provides his editorial opinion on theological topics, as well as reviews comments to help determine what the client's are seeking by way of services. He sees his job as helping ensure that the site appeals to all members of the Body of Christ, whatever the flavor.
