Angela Marie Spencer, 51, of Waterloo, IA, died Saturday September 12, 2015 at Unity Point Health - Allen Hospital of natural causes. Angela was born on April 21, 1964, daughter of Ernestine Spencer. She graduated from East High School in Waterloo in 1983, and went on to obtain a Certified Nurses Aide certificate, and took on a passion of caring for the elderly.Survivors include a daughter Amber Smith of Waterloo, 4 grandchildren, Caleise, Celynn, Calaysha, and Ciara Craft also of Waterloo, and a aunt Burma (Ed) Willingham of Texas, and many other loving family members.Proceeded in death by her Mother, Ernestine Spencer, her Grandparents Percy and Thelma (Micou) Spencer, Great-grandparents Humphrey and Eula Phillips Micou, and a Uncle William Micou.Memorial services will be at a later date.
