My mother has lived a full life. She slept away peacefully on Monday, December 8,2008 at age 92 years, leaving us with memories that will never fade.
My mother was courageous and strong to the very end.
She was kind and loving;she was forgiving and a peacemaker.
She taught me the importance of sharing and reaching out to people;she
was sociable and enjoyed the company of family and friends.
Mama was God-fearing and loved the Lord; She served the Lord and
maintained a close link with her church family; she helped me to develop
a close relationship with God.
Mama was very reliable and helpful, she looked after my children for
many years.
She was a homemaker; I learnt to recognize when the laundry was in a
satisfactory condition (when the eyes were opened ie. when it was
washed properly). Her floors after cleaning were like mirrors. Changing
around the furniture periodically in various styles is one of the
things I have taken over from mama.
Mama gave good advice; she had a solution for every problem.
She was resourceful always making something out
of nothing.
Mama worked hard and proved it is a way to success.
Mama taught me the value of education and worked tirelessly to help me
achieve.

She is gone but will not be forgotten;her precious memories will linger
in our hearts.
