In Memory Of Belinda (Belle) Jane Emmett

Former star of Home and Away and All Saints, Belinda Emmett died after a long battle with breast cancer. John Howard, Prime Minister of Australia, extended his sympathy by saying "She fought a very courageous battle against cancer, on behalf of Janette and myself, I extend my deepest sympathies to her husband, Rove McManus, and her family and friends." Former opposition leader Kim Beazley also extended his deepest sympathy, "This is truly sad news which I think will affect all Australians, the tenderness and care in their relationship through their adversity, I think, has been an inspiration to many, many Australians."
