EMILIO, his name says it all. An artist of life, a most talented person with so much before him. His kindness never faltered, he had a good word to say about everyone, and understood the meaning of life - to know him was to love him.
I was most fortunate to have shared his life for 43 years, sadly everything came to an abrupt end when, after a bypass operation, his strength failed.

Emilio,
Dad
I
will always remember that warm embrace
The
one you gave me when I felt down or unsure
The
one you gave me as a welcome home when I was away for a long time
I
will always remember your special smile
The one
with that twinkle in your eyes
The
one you gave me when we were both standing on top of the Eifel tower, you took
me to Paris to
take my mind off things when I split up with my first partner. Yes, that
special smile that said “everything is going to be all right son”
I
will always remember you being there for us no matter what
Like
when I had an accident and ended up in hospital, you were there the next day,
even though I lived at the other end of the country and roads were closed
because of the heavy snowfall – you were there
I
will always remember you
You brought out the best in me
I was
lucky to have you in my life
Even now
I can still feel your love, I hope you can still feel mine too
Adrian
