Born on Man O War Cay Abaco Bahamas,Everett was the eldest of 7 children,at 16 he moved away to start to earn a living for his family in Freeport,Bahamas, when he returned he met his wife Rachel on a nearby island and fell in love and married her, they were blessed with 3 children and 2 grandchildren,He was a captain of freight boats travelling to and from Abaco to Florida or sometimes even further out to sea ,he moved his family to Freeport and settled there for a few years until returning back to his homeland where he continued to work at sea and later on run a butcher store, as the years passed his love for Freeport drew him back to live bringing his family once again and where he spent his last years on the island he loved before he was called home to be with his Lord and Saviour. He was a kind and gentle man , so generous and compassionate in things he believed in and done his best to instill these qualities in his children,he believed a mans word was to be honored and lived up to.His favourite phrase was "keep the faith" he believed God would always supply our needs no matter what and he did.
