James Mikhail Keagan went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2007. He was known as a man who was excited by the new changes in his life. He had recently moved to Panama City Beach, FL and was to attend the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in the fall. Born in Seattle and raised in Pensacola, James enjoyed the closeness of his family, and made regular visits to Moscow, Russia to visit relatives. He also enjoyed the company of local family and friends.
James was traveling on I-95 North (near Savannah, GA) on his way to visit family in Fairfax, Virginia for Spring Break. At approximately 8:30P.M., James fell asleep at the wheel and the white Land Rover he was driving swirved off the road and into brush. He died at the scene. No other passengers were in the vehicle, but family members were traveling in a car up ahead.
He is survived by his father, Michael Keagan, mother Ana Natasha Keagan, and siblings Brandon, Nathan, and Katerina Keagan.
James will be buried in Pensacola, FL, where he spent most of his childhood. Funeral services plans are pending.
Although he left us early, he will always be in our hearts and we will surely see him again someday. |
