Larry Griffin, of Hesperia, Calif., died this past Sunday, August 26th, 2007 at the age of 59.
Larry served 3 tours of combat duty with the Army in Vietnam from 1966-1969, and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was extremely proud to have fought for his country.
He was also an avid Harley-Davidson rider, he built bikes and fabricated for fun, an entire room of his home was dedicated to his love of motorcycle riding with memorabilia and even a custom pool table.
Larry worked hard and played harder. He loved to hit the open road on his Harley every chance he got. He also loved driving around in his convertible. He was an avid golfer and loved nature.
He loved his work and was passionate about whatever he did.
Most of all he was a great son , father and friend.
We will miss him deeply and remember him always.
