YOUR DREAM IS ABOUT TO BECOME A REALITY

                      Lee E. Loche

 A Gentle Giant”

“Thank you Daddy”

Thank you Daddy for the love you gave to us.  Thank you Daddy for telling us we must

  get an education, be independent; but above all: “Put God first in all that we do!”

  Once in a person’s lifetime

A special person comes long.

  With shoulders as wide as the ocean

And arms so big and strong.

       He may come in the form of a friend

Or maybe an uncle or even a son

   But, our gentle giant came as a father;

 Lee Loche, yes, he’s the one.

                       He taught the boys and me

So very early in life

           To be kind, patient, and caring,

  Trust God, avoid anger and strife.

   Your gentle ways, your tender smile,

We’ll hold deeply in our hearts

   From your wisdom and your knowledge

We will never ever part.

Daddy, you were a firm foundation

Through all our storms in life

            You were a strong hand to hold on to

Through so much stress and strife.

  When you left us on Saturday morning;         The pain we felt was deep

We stood quietly at our bedside;

Yes, Dad, we did weep.

   We wept not because you left us,

But because we felt so sad

For the man who helped to mold our lives

For the best friend we’ve ever had.

If we could touch your hand

Or kiss your brow once more

  We’d softly whisper in your ear;

 Lee Loche, it’s you we adore.

Rest, Daddy.  Be at Peace. We’ll take care of Momma.

                             Faye, Howard, and Edward
