We commit to the ground a father, husband, brother... Soldier. Michael Lazar served his country with dignity, often placed in terrifying situations that would put fear in the heart of most men. When he was not dutifully serving his nation, he was a dedicated father, husband and uncle. Michael was fond of writing and performing music, reading and spending time with his family. He had a knack for wittiness and was known and respected by his peers as a loving, giving and caring person. The United States has lost a great hero, who is now being laid to rest.
