Michael's Love

Now that Michael has gone away.
I feel his love in so many ways.
His strong hands had a gentle touch.
He was my son that I loved so much.
He was told right from wrong
That was what made him so strong
Michael always knew
just what to say and do
No matter what I was going through
His love for me and his dad
was full of pride
His loving arms was always open wide.
His love was true as can be
He loved his family deeply.
When he would make a wrong choice.
I would tell him in my soft voice.
The words from his heart was always true.
When he would say,
Mom and dad I love you.
I miss my beloved son
He was killed 2-16-06
