Letter To My Mom
by Michael's Mom ( Gail Miller )
My Dearest Mom,
I wish that you would listen to me. As I take time to write. I see You, Dad and Jeff struggling everyday and night.
You used to tell me, that one day God would call us home. You always told me, you'll make me and Jeff strong. So we would stand tall when alone.
But things happen sometimes, Mom. That does not go in our plans. Mom, I wasn't scared, that night God took my hand.
I wasn't ready to leave you. I didn't get to say good-bye. When the angels told me, "Come With Us." I didn't ask the question...Why?
Mom, I watch you daily. It hurts to see you cry. Mom, please don't be unhappy. Because we didn't say our good-byes.
Tell Dad, Jeff and the others What I'm telling you. I had other things I needed to do.
Mom, I know you miss me. I know your heart is broken in two. God really needed me Mom. Because my earthly life was through.
I am always alongside you. I'm smiling and touching your hair. I whisper."Mom I Love You." You just can't see me there.
I'm the one who gentle touches you on the shoulder when you are sad. I'm so happy that I'm with Jesus. I'm wearing a big bright smile.
I love you Mom, I always will. Just remember, I'm not that far away. We will be together one sweet day.
When God calls out your name. Until then Mom, Things will never be the same.
Love Your Angel ( Michael ) Your Shining Rose
