Funeral services for Ronald Ray Risner, 62, of Van Alstyne, TX will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the Greywood Church of God in Van Alstyne, TX. Burial will follow at the Coffman Cemetery in Anna, TX. Ronald passed away on January 15, 2009 at the Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, TX. He was born on December 14, 1946 in McKinney, TX the son of Hubert and Norma Lee Mosier Risner. He married Willie A. Roland on May 31, 1966 in McKinney, TX. Ronald has been a Striper Guide on Lake Texoma for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife Willie Risner of Van Alstyne, TX, two sons, Ronald Jayson Risner and wife Kristi of |

Tom Bean, TX and Reginald Ray Risner and wife Trisha of Whitewright, TX, daughter, Kimberly Rachael Blanton and husband Andre of Whitewright, TX, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two sisters, Mary Compton of Anna, TX and Wanda Burk and husband Thomas of Van Alstyne, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, cousins and a host of friends. Family night will be held on Friday, January 16, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Greywood Church of God in Van Alstyne, TX.
