ROSENA E. PHILLIPS

Forever Missed  Forever Loved

Our Mom was one of a kind.  You could talk to her about any thing, she always made the time.  She was loved by so many.  How ever long someone knew her, they never called her by  name, they always called her "Mom".

She had a Country accent that could melt your heart, and the sound of her laughter would fill the room, I can still hear it now.  Even through she was 70 years old    ..it was to soon.

My brothers took such good care of my Mom, they gave her everything.  I know their hearts are breaking now, but to her, they were a blessing, the light of her life.  And as I know she is looking down on all of us, I know this is true.

Mom, I will never say "goodbye" to you.  Every day my heart breaks more from the emptiness of losing you.  So I hope what people say is true, that your in a better place now, with no more pain or misery.

Until we're together again, I hope you really know, that no Mother was ever loved more then the way Danny, Johnny, Gail, and I loved you.  Sleep with the Angels my Booba Loobie.

Love you forever,
Paula.

WHEN WE AWAKE

Each morning when we awake
we know that you are gone,
and know one knows the heartache
as we try to carry on.

Our hearts still ache with sadness
and many tears still flow,
what it meant to loose you
no one will ever know.

Our thoughts are always with you
your place no one can fill,
in life we loved you dearly,
in death we love you still.

There will always be a heartache
and often a silent tear,
but always a precious memory
of the days when you were here.

..We love you
and miss you Mom.

In Our Prayers

So empty is this moment
When cradled in our heart
Are memories we'll treasure
Of which you were a part.

Each day when we awaken
A part of us will know
That you were all the reason
For life's sweet gentle flow.

Your place in life now empty
Your laughter is no more
We wait to hear your footsteps
But now it's nevermore.

How very much we loved you
Our hearts are filled with pride
You filled us with great happiness
That never will subside.

Each day will have great meaning
With memories we'll share
For you are always with us
With love in every prayer.

..We love you Mom,
you will be in our hearts forever.
