In loving memory of our beloved Shamsi Momenzadeh, who sadly passed away on saturday, October 27, 2007. She deeply touched the lives of all family, friends and acquaintances in an unforgettable way, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The Momenzadeh and Meftah families would like to invite all their dear family and friends for the burial service for our beloved Shamsi on Friday, November 2nd at 2.15pm at
Pleasant Hills Memorial Park,
1700 Pleasant Hill Rd,
Sebastopol, Ca 95473.
