In the memory of our beloved Thomas Consentino who was born in San Diego, California on 25th April 1968 to the late Marco and Adalina Cosentino and passed away on 27th July 2014 in Farmington, MO., 46 years of age. Thomas is survived by his wife Amanda (Freeman) Consentino, one daughter Ashley Freeman; sister Rebecca (Consentino) Perkins.Visitation will be Wednesday, July 30, 2014 beginning at 4:00PM at Horton Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills, MO. Service will be Thursday July 31, 2014 at 11:00AM at the Horton Wampler chapel in Park Hills with Pastor Pat Ranken officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery.
