WILLIAM WAS A LOVING AND CARING PERSON. WILLIAM S. TALIFERRO WAS BORN TO WILLIAM S.AND LINDA TALIAFERRO HE WAS THE YOUNGEST OF THREE CHILDREN. WILL AS HE WAS KNOWN TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS GREW UP IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA THEN MOVED BACK TO BUFFALO IN 2004 TO CARE FOR EDERLY GRANDMOTHER .WILL LOVED BASKETBALL HE PLAYED FOR HIS HIGHSCHOOL TEAM. BECAUSE OF HIS SPEED HE WAS KNOWN AS THE ROCKET. WILLIAM ATTENDING ERIE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BUSINESS MANGMENT,ALSO WHILE COACHING A BASKET BALL TEAM FOR THE KIDS IN HIS NEIGHBORHOOD.
